Based in Ottawa, Canada, our league runs year-round, providing both outdoor summer seasons and indoor winter seasons. How Does It Work?
- 🏅 Divisions: Men’s PREM (invite only), Div A, Div B, Co-Ed (seasonal)
- 📆 Season: 5 seasons/year — 7 games + playoffs each
- ⚽ Game Format: 7v7, 2x25 min halves, pro adapted rules
- 📝 Registration: Join as a team or individual
